Race procedures and flags will be according to CCS Rules. There will be a mandatory riders meeting before racing begins.
CLASSES AND RULES:
There are 3 race classes defined as follows:
GT - combined CCS GTO and GTU class structure
GT LIGHTS - CCS GT LIGHTS class structure
NEW SPORTSMAN CLASS - A special RA race classification just for those that don't feel they are quite up to the Amateur-Expert speeds and skills but still want to get out there and mix it up anyway! This class is for the first time/new racers with less than a years experience in the racing arena. All bike categories, classes and displacements are permitted.
Race #1 (at approx 11:45) will be Amateur and Expert GT Lights (1st wave, split grid) and Sportsman Class (2nd wave)
Race #2 (at approx 4:45) will be Expert GT (1st wave) and Amateur GT (2nd wave)
Placement scoring:
First 35 Ninth 16 Seventeenth 8
Second 30 Tenth 15 Eighteenth 7
Third 26 Eleventh 14 Nineteenth 6
Fourth 23 Twelfth 13 Twentieth 5
Fifth 21 Thirteenth 12 Twenty-First 4
Sixth 19 Fourteenth 11 Twenty-Second 3
Seventh 18 Fifteenth 10 Twenty-Third 2
Eighth 17 Sixteenth 9 Twenty-Fourth 1
Prizes and/or purses for the class champions will be determined at a later date and are the sole discretion of the RA Board of Directors
