you need a big parking lot and learn going slow and controlled before you need to worry about being on public road 50-60 mph wheelies are easy, its the 2-5 mph ones that require the skill. my

You got a good point, but cops around here HATE us (sport bikers) with a purple passion, but next time I go riding I will go scooping out a good place for practicing.

Re: stand up q?e?t?n

would you recommend sitting down wheelies or the tri angle standing wheelies. The guy I got that "tries" to teach me means well but isn't that great, like he will rev it a couple times then dumps the clutch. and im not that coordinated enough for that yet. Now if I slide my ass all the way to the back of my seat and run it till about 6-7k rpms let off compress the front wheel then as I pull back and throttle it, it will come up quick but I haven't found my "sweet spot" yet for keeping it up and balancing it out their. And usually I run out of rpms or road.

industrial park or warehouse parking lot, get written permission and use cones to block off the entrance...all they can legally do at that point is ask you to leave

Now that's some funny shit right there.

But Knox you have that standup down. I can ride the hell out of some sitdown wheelies but standups make me nervous because I don't feel like I can control the back brake as good. Maybe I just need to work on it more.
