u kno what ur right dangles. i forgot u got that stuff for urs. cant hurt to try. jim gave me da number to mr motorcycle in halthom city. he said he got a basket,springs,and plates all for 200 used for the gix 750...........what u think bout that? a basket alone new is over 200 then like i said 80 for plates and 20 or so for the springs

update...got the parts i needed for my bike. new clutch basket,springs,plates,fibers,oil pick up(strainer), oil pan gasket and clutch cover gasket. everything is on the bike. go to start it and still nuthin. still makin some type pf noise when i hit the starter button so now dont kno what the fuck it is. granted my friend who did the work works out his house but he seems to think that maybe some of the broken pieces mite have gotten up thru the oil pickup(strainer) and mite be in the motor somehow. i dont kno, so i went to my real mechanic today over at sabin performance and he said its not likely some of the pieces got up in the motor cuz the oil pickup has a screen up in there to stop stuff like that. he thinks maybe somthin mite be wrong ewith the whole clutch or sumthin. so now ima have to get it from my friends garage to sabins shop and let him look at it. said its hard to tell what it is withouth hearing the noise for himself. so i guess thats my next step. my biggest fear is that sumthin is in the motor so he would have to tear it down and make sure or end up tellin me ima need another motor, that would fuckin suck. well ive asked my fellow riders for suggestions before and got good responses so now im askin aagin....KNOX where u at yo???!!! but any ideas would help...T Brown

your boy at sabin is right....it is highly unlikely that any thing big enough to hurt your motor will ever get past the screen that filters oile thru the pickup...as to why the bike wont start...and the noise...its really tough to know for sure without looking and listening. is the bike trying to start or turn over at all T?

it turns but it made a bad sound ( from what i was told) and everyone is scared to try to crank her.. in fear it will fuck something else up. i say fuk it whoever he takes it too is going to do it anyways... with that said i dont want to be the one to try..

hell yea im scared to do it....from what my friend was sayin is that its tryin to crank but when he tried and heard that noise he immediately stopped.

its like from the best i can describe it is as soon as u hit the ignition button it makes the sound so we left it at that. he didnt wana do anymore or maybe force it to start. what u think knox? any ideas any ideas any ideas
